The photographer (Bree Hutchins), David Dale (travel writer) and restaurateur Lucio Galletto have combined their knowledge and skills to create this lovely book. The book while examining the history and culture of food along the western Mediterranean actually shows “how societies that sometimes seem divided are actually united in the details of life that really matter” (David Dale)
There are many pages with fabulous photographs of food, markets, coastlines, towns, ports, people cafes restaurants and then there are recipes too.
